SUNY's Conference on Instructional Technologies (CIT) is pleased to offer our vendors a variety of sponsorship and participation levels. The following list will help you to determine which level best suits your organization.

PLATINUM Level - Hospitality Sponsor (1 Available)
Fee: $3,000

• Display space in the Hospitality area that includes a 4-hour timeslot with an opportunity to demonstrate products and services while mingling with conference attendees
• Highest priority booth space assignment at the Technology Showcase

• Must submit an Abstract of presentation of 400 words or less, using the electronic submission form
• 10' x 10' display area, piped and draped, with one (1) draped 6 foot table and 2 chairs, Internet access and basic electrical
• Meals for two (2) company representatives
• Name badge identifying you as a Presenter and Exhibitor
• Complete list of all CIT 2005 conference attendees

Level II Technology Showcase Exhibitor Booth
Fee: $500

• 10' x 10' booth area, piped and draped, with one (1) draped 6 foot table and 2 chairs, Internet access and basic electrical
• Meals for two (2) company representatives
• Name badge identifying you as an Exhibitor

Level III Vendor Track Presentations
Fee: $400

• 30-minute Presentation timeslot during conference (may be scheduled at any time during the conference
• Include or collaborate with an institute of higher learning on the presentation
• Must submit an Abstract of presentation of 400 words or less, using the electronic submission form
• Name badge identifying wearer as a Presenter
• Complete list of all CIT 2005 conference attendees

Hospitality (for Platinum Level Sponsor Only):

Monday, May 23, 2005

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Technology Showcase Exhibit Times:

Tuesday, May 24, 2005	6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Technology Showcase Dessert Reception & Poster Sessions - Desserts, coffee, and bar will be set up throughout the exhibit area.

Wednesday, May 25, 2005	11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Technology Showcase Luncheon - Lunch for all attendees will be set up around the exhibit area.

Each exhibit area will be a 10' x 10' booth with pipe and drape in the back and half sides. One 6 foot table with 2 chairs will be provided for each booth. Basic Internet access and basic electrical will be provided for each exhibit booth. If your equipment requires more than one Internet connection or special electrical connections, we must be notified in advance to determine the additional cost to you. Additional tables are available at a cost of $50 per table.

Vendor Track Presentations

Presentations are 30 minutes in length and may be scheduled on any one of the three days of the conference (Tuesday through Thursday). We encourage you to collaborate with an institute of higher learning who has used your product/service in an innovative manner to improve the teaching and learning environment.

Abstracts of 400 words or less must be submitted using the electronic submission form. All Abstracts submitted are reviewed by the CIT Abstract Committee. All other sponsorships and participation levels are on a first-come first-served basis.

Payment

Payment is due within 45 days from the date that registration is received. All debts to CIT must be paid prior to participation in the exhibition.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply:

February 1 - April 1, 2005	25% of participation fee
April 1 - April 30, 2005	50% of participation fee
On or after May 1, 2005	100% of participation fee
