Conference Speaker Announced!

Please join us for plenary speaker, Charles Dziuban, on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at 9:00 am in the Watters Theater in the Anderson Center. Charles will be joined by Patsy Moskal in presenting the keynote address entitled "The Effects of Online Learning: Eight Years of Research." Read an Overview.

Charles Dziuban is Director of the Research Initiative for Teaching Effectiveness at the University of Central Florida where he has been a faculty member since 1970 teaching research design and statistics. Read Complete Bio

Broadcasting Live Online!

Through the generous support of Horizon Wimba, the SUNY Training Center is pleased to provide the live, online broadcast and recording of selected presentations throughout the conference. The recorded sessions will be archived and available for viewing online after CIT.

The live, online broadcasts will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seating is limited to the first 100! Read Complete Details!

The Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on Monday and Tuesday, May 23 and 24. View a Brief Summary of the workshops and schedule, or read and print the full details by selecting "Complete Description" after each description. Also view the Workshops in PDF format.

Calling All Vendors!

If you would like to participate in CIT 2005, registration is open for all vendors. Levels of participation range from Platinum ($3,000) to Track Presentation ($400). The location of this years' CIT Conference is sure to attract a record number of SUNY and non-SUNY academics.

This year, for the first time, you will be able to use your credit card to pay for CIT. Use your Visa or MasterCard to pay your registration, housing, activity, and workshop fees. Simply select the "Credit Card" Method of Payment and enter your credit card information. All transactions are guaranteed secure through our Verisign Secure Site.

Submit Your Abstract!

The Abstract Submission Form is now available! Abstracts will be accepted until January 21, 2005. Authors who have been accepted for presentation will be notified by February 4, 2005.

Registration Dates Set!

Plan to register early and attend one of the best CIT events ever. The following dates have been set for CIT 2005:

• November 15, 2004 - Vendor Registration Opens
• March, 2005 - General Registration Opens
• May 2, 2005 - Last Day for Early Registration
  (Late registration fees will be imposed starting May 3, 2005.)
• May 9, 2005 - On-Campus Housing Closes
• May 13, 2005 - Conference Registration Closes / Last Day for Cancellations
• May 18, 2005 - All Registration Fees Due
