All cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax, or email only - no telephone calls) at the SUNY Training Center by Friday, May 13, 2005 to receive a refund. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2005.

VENDOR REGISTRATIONS
Cancellations for vendors must be received in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply:
| February 1 - April 1, 2005 | 25% of participation fee |
| April 1 - April 30, 2005 | 50% of participation fee |
| On or after May 1, 2005 | 100% of participation fee |
